Another useful thing Beeblequix does is tell you the direction to the exit after you get the firestaff and return to the lava jumping platforms, so you potentially spend less time jumping in the wrong direction.

Oh actually you were meant to be able to do that, but I see now some triggers are missing and some code is in the wrong place. I've taken care of it so it'll work properly after patch 1.0.2, thanks for pointing it out :D
And a big one - in DXI, in the elevator control room (the one in which you pass out), if you close the terminal after launching delthreads.exe with the [Esc] button the game crashes - it's reproducable, but I didn't bother getting a crash log. Anyway, exiting by pressing "Logout" works, although if you didn't save beforehand it can be quite frustrating.
Yeah I noticed that myself actually, when I was fixing some other stuff for version 1.0.1. It's already in the bugtracker, so it'll be fixed whenever Nick gets around to it. We consider it a non-critical bug because it only happens if you're rushing - there's a little sort of scripted thing where it loads and executes the program, and the crash only happens if you escape the computer before it finishes.

Finally caught up with this thread again. Fixed most stuff reported here, plus a bit of extra stuff. Couple of things I couldn't fix myself, so I chucked it in the tracker for the programmers. A lot of them were duplicates already reported and already fixed, but I guess that's what happens when the bug-reporting thread becomes 20 pages long :P

Alright, some guy was meant to be posting up spelling errors but I don't see it yet so I will post up my own. This is on Moddb in a freakin large post by me (sorry) but I figure you check this more so anyway coz I so love Daedalus coz he my AI Construct babe or whatever you call him... some sentience coz Grays are also AIs lol. Anyway when talking to book store owner about Daedalus, there is one large portion of sentence where you have spelt Daedalus as Deadalus which is a little annoying (note: this is in 1.0.0 patch, still yet to check in 1.0.1 but it wasn't in patch list of fixes. Also, not sure if fixed and should of taken screen shot, at partyzone, I was looking for Grubs red biocells and I went in vents in the basement and stood up at points where its usual to stand up (When vent is going up duh) and I got permanentally stuck.. also I tried again (its really hard to stand up there for some reason) and I got stuck standing up right before the spot and I could see people dancing through the partyzone floors lol, couldn't spot that last elusive biocell though.... Also big lolololz to BoneofMalkav and his Nuts!

PDX storyline, Goat alliance [May be the case without cult alliances]

I killed SD during the first goat quest, when destroying the tablets, I decided to go on a rampage.

When I went to the WC parking lot, I received the PDX betrayal message that you get if you kill SD at the exit

Went to see Scara, and he was still hostile, so the PM is inaccurate.
Should be removed past confirming the alliance to PDX

Back with anoter bucketload of minor bugs (and a major one at the end):

* Apparently TNM requires ANY CD/DVD to be in my D:/ drive to start. It won't run if the drive is empty, but it won't care for it (it doesn't have to be DX or something) :?.
* Aemer/Wilbur should care for his cat? Now you can just kill them without consequences.
* All DXO wooden doors resist detonation (LAM).
* I can attack The Renegade Master through his door (which he cannot open)! By which he proceeds to flame me, then use a LAM, killing himself, the turret and Compudoc's locker.
* Sol's: Quote Game: "Would you mind getting out of my face" is cut short.
* Despot: Treskon subtitles: "I heard my mother calling" should be "I hear my mother calling"
* Despot dungeon: Dead WC guys make hurtsounds when hit.
* WC-storyline: Jonas has no banter after getting the augmentation canister.
* PDX-attack (WC story): The Firewall there doesn't give a damn, even if the alarm goes off!
* The birdbathdude can fly if too much ruckus is caused.
* Gary won't leave if you don't listen to the whole conversation. Maybe he should instead run immediately at "bye!" (the next convo with the cat) as well just to make sure he's gone? He cannot be spoken to.
* You get weird flickering tunnel near the "Invisible Sandwich".
* Minor issue with the medbot; Go to healing, then back to the augs, now upgrading with the same aug doesn't work (until you re-initiate the medbot).
* At least one of the Red Greasels seems to be set defined "friendly" by the droid. He attacks most on sight, but with one he just ignores until it fires in his LOS.
* NVShacker contacts you if you get Alpha's codes far after the mission ended. Oh; and I killed him in the quickshop, btw :D.
* More breakable doors: ("Not existing basement") 50% drawer near lab with aug + aug upgrade. The 80% drawer that holds the aug + aug upgrade. 25% Goat City Insurance gate. 50% NSC Server A/B/C doors, and the doors to the extinguisher room. 25% basement NSC level (to the thrashburners). 25% NSC executive offices, xx% Beeblequix lockers.
* Goat sermon (both speech and book): "Worldy bodies" should be "Wordly bodies".
* If you try to pick up the fountain with the Muscles aug (I had lvl 2) when it moves down it SINKS through the water!!! Result screenshot: Loading an save-game then will result in a crash too.

* Post-demolition the tablets mission the goal says DT gave you 600 credits. However, you got an augmentation cannister. Also the female worshippers wish you the blessing of the Great Goat (instead grate(TM) Goat), DT says "you did great" instead of "you did grate(TM)" and DT's "templae" got no (TM) behind it.
* The RenegadeMaster's email pass/login do not get added to your notes.
* Upon returning to DXO (still day 1) I find Compudocs blown out deskdrawer replaced with an unhighlightable replacement, that cannot be destroyed? Also the vent in TRM's room is boarded up now, but it isn't solid, you can just walk right through it.
* Why does That Guy have pizza and soda near his console if he's a hologram?

* And now for the serious issue. It's a Savegame curruption issue/Infinite XP glitch which has to do with trestkonsucks.exe (possible delthreads.exe too), and no; it's not the crashing issue.
Each and all savegames made after executing trestkonsucks.exe will reset to the latest save. Hence if you save before entering the room; then save after deleting the threads, then load that save, you still have to delete the threads.
Now for the corruption issue: If your only saves in the DXI_Ruins map are non-existant or made after executing trestkonsucks.exe 21_DXIRuins does NOT get added to your save. Hence; if you try saving anywhere in mission 21 and then load it, it expects to find that map, but doesn't. Loading your save will always result in the following error:
Failed Launching URL.
Can't find file "../TNM/save/current/21_DXI_Ruins.DXS"
How to exploit this for infinite XP: Reading all that it should become obvious. Load the DXI map, only save after destroying the Karkian and spiderbot without getting any goodiees/XP. Now gather the goodiees/XP, execute trestkonsucks.exe, leave DXI_Ruins and re-enter. The whole map would have been reset to your last save. Have fun farming! [-X

Ah, maybe that's what causes the loss of flags and skills and such when you load a saved game which was saved after running delthreads or trestkonsucks.

*I noticed the same thing happening in the WC sub-level, the desk with the shotgun ammo and recoil mod reappeared after I destroyed it, and so did the doors for ZP's and Kylie's office. They were there visually but I could walk right through them... and with these I hadn't even left the map since destroying these things.

*He's lazy, and he at least used to come into work. I also see this as an explanation for the blue laser shut off. (He could never remember the code so he put a pressure plate in that corner which would deactivate them without needing a code.) The food/drinks are probably stale, or maybe even holographic representations of the food/drinks he has at home.

  • [PDX Day 2/Sol's Bar Bombing] Alpha's banter sounds like he's still tending the bar. ('Coming right up, sir')
  • [Llamas/Athena Assassination] You're given a quest to find out who the Goat leader is and kill 'him', but on Athena's PC there is an e-mail from Beefman addressed to Athena which contradicts the fact that he doesn't know her. I thought the e-mail itself was funny so I hope there's a way to keep it, like maybe having it forwarded to her account from the Goat PR office.
  • [WC Day2/Interrogating Kevo-sama] For some reason the WC troopers in the Slum hideout were hostile toward me when I brought Kevo in. They kept shooting at me during the cut scene. I suppose the fight with Firewalls after coming back from DXI might have caused them to turn on me. Maybe they overheard the commotion and grew agitated, or is it possible a stray bullet or flame hit them through the wall? (BTW I wound up killing Kevo instead of bringing him in and got a kick out of Trestkon's line to Midashand "Well, things don't always work out as they're supposed to.")
  • [WC/Finding ZP]When you trip the smoke detector with the Templae entrance doors open, OiNutter and his escort see to shut them and never come out unless you reopen the doors for them. I've never had this happen when I did it with the doors closed.

Good call. I remember getting the same thing. There was a red greasel in the bot's patrol route but it was ignored till it tried to attack me in plain sight of the bot.

I hope this isn't reported before, but I have noticed a few "glitches" myself. When I went to buy the two aug upgrades from that guy in Sol's bar, I didn't empty my inventory enough before choosing to buy both. When I checked after buying, the one spot i had open was filled with an upgrade, which I then used. I then got the conversation again, to buy the last cannister, and used that one too. But after that, when I checked my inventory, there was still a cannister in my inventory, so I got three instead of two. (This happened after I had been to goat city the first time.)
At the moment I also still have in my inventory the lasermine. Somehow it has managed to place itself on top of my baton, in the inventory, so I can't use the baton untill I move the mine. I did empty my inventory outside Phasmatis' apartment(when I was assigned to kill him), to avoid having to dodge bullets when picking the weapons up again, and I assume it happened when I picked them up again there. Other than that, Despot's apartment: BRILLIANT! I loved it!!

Still, on day 1 the box is full, on day 2 it's empty. While certainly a nice touch, it doesn't make much sense storywise :D.

Also, if SD gets killed Hobbes says "Scara is worse than Athena", which doesn't mix with them not knowing the leader either.

Just had that same issue yesterday evening, and was going to report it now. When killing a firewall there with the DT I suddenly heard them making hostile comments, but I am WC too! I needed to use my ballistic protection aug during the entire cutscene just to survive, as you cannot kill them before the cutscene plays.

Other issues:
* Some more doors: (day2) Across the appartment where the uranium sticks were on day 1, both front and back entrance. Also the entrance to that backalley from near the Voodoo shop. Both doors that require the East Apartment key. Both from the WC Secret Basement (which hold only crap today, unlike day 1. Why lock up an empty locker/a locker just having a CD?), Raving's storeroom (all those boxes with files) door (not possible on day1); Abomination's room; locked locker in security room of Llama temple, ATC vent with dead mechanic.
* Corporate sector train to downtown has selectable "switch" triggers inside the tramdoor operators.
* You can pick up the left plant through the King's Hotel front door.
* Second banter line from ZeroPresence after OiNutter assassination crashes the game. Convo choose there doesn't matter. Didn't kill Jonas (would that change his banter?) nor Kylie.
Critical: appError called:
Critical: tnmconplay 22_GoatCity.tnmconplay2 (Function DeusEx.ConPlay.PlayEvent.SetupEvent:01E2) Runaway loop detected (over 10000000 iterations)

* Slum sewers grate can be passesd by the sides. I doubt this should be the case, as most walls at the end have some weird texture issues. Also occassionaly it's hard to get back.
* Probably mentioned before. But if you return to DXO on day 2 with the WC storyline that means twice the goodiees, since they are present once again. An additional free Vertex Grenade and Upgrade Cannister might be a bit much?
* BSP-error and stuck issue in ATC? (close near the gate, with the garbage). If you jump over that wall, then look at where the helicopter should be the whole word just turns black, few things remaining (see screenshot). Also, with a lack of objects to stapple, you have no non-cheating way to get back at all!
* Code for ATC Break Room? Unless I am mistaken in what the break room is (lowest level, with all the weaponry, no?) the code of the door doesn't match the code you get from a datacube/note elsewhere in that level.
* Also got afforementioned issues with Ricemanu. Saving him is rather easy, but he turns hostile on me immediately once done.

I'm not sure if it was just a one time glitch, but i also killed her, and Scara never gave me the code. I didn't cheat, i killed her fair and square. Zero, AO, and Jackie were also dead.

When trying to take down the lockdown at ATI I want to jump into the car so as to do da jump, but the game crashes spectaculary. This is also a problem at ABI where upon entering the space shuttle the game crashes too.
