I'm not sure if this was addressed before, but I'm interested:

What was changed with this to make it ~25kb smaller than the original Deus Ex executable?

To make the game Steam compatible, and to avoid some issues with the game not running right on modern machines.

New Launcher releases are online (DX, UT, Unreal, Unreal Gold, Nerf, Rune). Next supported game might be Klingon Honour Guard. :)
I demand my DXE User ID back. Launcher for DeusEx, Rune, Nerf, Unreal & Botpack. HX on Mod DB. Revision on Steam.
