editing DX textures

Post by Neveos »

How do I find or extract the original game's texture files to edit those for making new textures, which I'm guessing was done for making new character-skins in TNM? I need to do simple things like remove the "XII" symbol and maybe make some varying faces.

-edit- damn, I'm new to this... I just had to click on the texture, and click "export".

I know you found out but there is another way:
2 ways (So far)
1. Open ued and press export in the textures directory
2. Open WOTGreal exporter, open a package, select textures and press export (I would recommand to .bmp because .pcx seems to be uncompatible)
