general protection fault on trying to edit DeusExPlayer

I'm using Revision with Biomod here. I've posted over at their place too, but here feels more appropriate. I'm trying to edit a single line of code (more or less) to enable energy regen up to 50%. It worked fine before the latest update to revision. It also works fine on the base game. But trying to edit Revision or Biomod's deusex.u file doesn't. Or rather, it doesn't the exact moment I try to edit the DeusExPlayer script. It crashes the moment I click on 'edit script'. Gives me a general protection fault message. I have no idea why it's doing this. I also tried to extract all and recompile manually, but then UCC tells me that GameEngineExt is missing. I've included both log files below. If the attachment process doesn't work (I can't see if it did or not here), then I've also got the important bits in code blocks.

Not sure why you get the GPF, however I have a good idea why GameEngineExt is missing. Try and copy Revision's system folder into the root DX folder so the Revision and original System folder merges, that should allow the editor to use all the correct files. Then take the files in the Biomod folder and copy them info the System folder as well. Try the editor now and see if that works.

It still gets a GPF, but hopefully the other method of editing it will work.

(Later) ucc failed too, after making me delete a lot of other files to make it work.
