They would be saying that the laws of the universe were bent by coolness to the point that the Rubik's cube suddenly grew eyes just so it would be able to lose.

The version we have in this thread with JC and the pickax seems to be a fairly standard joke of this sort, but I think it loses a lot by explaining itself in detail.

Wow, now my head really aches! Lets try to summarize that, so that a german speaking person would understand that. You converted a joke to a logical based riddle about the ability not to lose and to win against a rubiks cube, overweighting his ability not to blink with your lack of ability to loose, making him grow eyes and so to speak do something logic would never guess. Wow, within this words the joke is completely uncovert, assassinated and burried for all time ^^ Okay, I got an example for something like that too :
