I've been trying to find the specs (not the descriptions) of the new and improved augs in shifter. Specifically I want to know what each of them do at lvl 5 with the synthetic heart. I know they get better, but, I would like to know specifically how, as there isn't mention of it in game as I remember.
Anyways, if anyone has that information, I would appreciate a link or some thing. Thank you.

As far as I know, Shifter synthetic heart aug does not do anything special for augs when they are boosted past tech 4. They just do more of what they already do (ie health regen gives more health, speed aug is even faster and jump even higher, ect..)
The only aug that gets something 'special' when boosted passed 4, is with the EMP aug where it actually gives you health and bioenergy when you get hit by EMP.
But yeah, everything else just gets 'better' then it was.
