Freezing in multiplayer

Hey.
Really often (but not always) when I try to go to multiplayer in DX it freezes and doesn't load the servers.
And I always have to reboot my computer after that, because I can't even smallen (u know what I mean) the program then.
Do you have any ideas on how to get MP work?

You probably mean 'minimize', but other than that I can't really help. Never really got into MP.

Are you using some kind of mod (such as Kentie's deusexe)? Maybe you can try to reinstall patch 1112fm?

Well I can't really think of anything else than a mod that's disturbing the MP. Althought I bet I wasn't using any mods that could do that. But I reinstalled dx yesterday and then it worked like a charm with zero freeze. Kind of confusing...

New Vision, Shifter* and HDTP will stop Multiplayer working. Just a heads up.

*This means that the v2.0 Patch, BioMod and other mods of that nature will do the same.

Yeah, make sure you've backed up all of the original files (in a separate folder) if you are going to add mods.
