I'll start with one I found today:
Deus Ex Short Sequence
It's basically the Battery Park hostage level done in CG, featuring music from Steve Foxon. Definitely one of the better DX videos on YouTube.

Hahah nice. It's a little stiffly animated in places, but well... so is Deus Ex

And he sure managed to evoke the atmosphere of the game well enough!
