Excuse my noob-ness, but when I open the 'Gotem' map file from the zip folder it's just plain old DX. I tried the cheating then loadmapping, but no 'gotem' there either.

press escape to get rid of the main menu
press t
delete "say"
type "open gotem"
press enter

Or just place it in the DX maps, open TNM, ~, legend and go to the proper map.

That's what I did. You gotta take not being JC for granted in that case though :P.

The legend menu works in Deus Ex as well, you just have to enable cheats before you can use it.

Yeah, but it doesn't have the ~ console, and I would have had to add -hax0r to the shortcut, so I just used TNM.

Yeah, I am lazy...

I put it in the DX maps folder, and when I enable cheats and go to 'gotem' map it comes up with blue text saying "connection failed unable to find map" or something to that effect.

GOTEM.DX goes in the Maps folder. The other files (*.U i believe) goes into the System folder. It's likely that it's not finding those system files where they belong.

Just playing it, noticed you get a general protection fault after talking to the captured robot when it blows up. Its better than the last version, well more conversations and few more to do than last version

The mod is not finished so if you leave you drop out of the mod. I think I managed to do the security bot one without a crash but I don't remember anymore which version I played. It's kinda crazy to keep the overview with that mod :D

Yeah, they should have disabled that. Hope in future they do a Liberty Island map as well (like Deus Ex Recut: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vxi7JRJrod4)

Just playing again... Gunther says "I know the offensive of a good prairie dog town" when does Gunther say prairie dog town anywhere in deus ex? Or when does he say "Skull gun"
