Has anyone tried using one to reduce a PIP lump? Right now I have a huge, disturbing PIP lump on the top of my glute that giving me anxiety. Already started cephalexin and heating pads, it’s slowly reducing in pain and size.

Massage helps with pain in the lower back, neck, and shoulders due to sedentary work and relieves muscle pain after a hard workout. But I don't know if it also helps for a pip lump. Many believe trigger points can be worked out with a massage gun. These points are "painful places" where muscles tense after active dynamic training or static load. Therefore, you can certainly try it, while for me, it is better to use a regular massage. For example, you might enjoy a sensual massage london. It may stretch or soften the pip lump a little.
