Elevator Integrations

Post by CashiWaku »

Can someone confirm who writes the partner integrations? I’m having an issue with an Otis integration and it seems to be a driver issue. I always thought that the partner, in this case, Otis, writes the integration but Otis is insisting that the integration is written by Tyco/Software House. Can someone clarify this for me? Thanks.

For the cables, you can use a silicone-based spray lubricant, which will provide a protective coating and reduce friction on the cables. Be sure to avoid using any oil-based lubricants, as they can attract dirt and debris and cause the cables to wear more quickly.

I don't have any experience with elevator integrations, but it seems there might be some confusion about who is responsible for writing the partner integrations. It's typically the responsibility of the partner to write the integration for their product. However, some collaboration or communication might be needed between the partner and the integration provider to ensure everything is working correctly. You could contact a lift maintenance specialist like hinchong.com to solve this problem. I hope that helps!
