Hi, I just installed this mod, and I don't notice any difference. I've instaleld the 1112 patch, run DX then reinstalled HDTP, tried the HDTP exe and the default exe, and I don't notice any difference in visuals. What exactly is different looking in this release? Is the new pistol supposed to show up in this release? Does the debris look different? What am I looking for? I can't seem to get the changes to take effect.

The pistol is not, the most obvious changes are the different crates all over the place. And a lot more which you can look at in the 'demo' level.

You're not trying to start it by running the .exe, are you? You have to use the actual shortcut, or it won't work.
